AECOM is seeking a responsive SH&E Manager to lead Safety, Health & Environment efforts for part of the East Region. The role requires coordinating with a team of SH&E professionals, reviewing safety plans, and driving safety performance across varied sites in the United States.

Hybrid work is offered with travel of 25 to 35% in the East Region. The ideal candidate has a strong background in SH&E, CSP or CIH certification, and the ability to influence safety culture across diverse teams.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree with 8+ years in SH&E role or equivalent combination of education/experience.
• Professional certification as a CSP or CIH.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Advanced skills with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsabilidades

• Provide visible and active support for safety across the region.
• Monitor and assess safety programs at diverse sites.
• Identify actionable solutions to safety, health and environmental issues.
• Lead incident management and verify effectiveness of corrective actions.
• Review safety plans, training programs, and audit protocols.
• Recommend policy changes affecting regional operations and employees.
• Train and coach staff at all levels.
