Job summary

Kenco Group seeks a Director of Logistic Operations to oversee regional sites, partner with General Managers, and manage client relationships. The role drives long-range plans to maximize efficiency and profitability, aligning with Kenco’s guiding principles and safety standards.

The position requires significant travel, leadership of lean initiatives, and the ability to build value propositions for customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business management, logistics, or related field.
• MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
• 8–10 years in supply chain, logistics, or business management.
• 3–5 years of logistic site leadership with budgetary experience.
• Lean Six Sigma certification or training preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the network vision and translate it to sites.
• Grow revenue and margins by managing customer relationships.
• Lead monthly/quarterly business reviews.
• Oversee KPI performance and introduce new measures.
• Travel frequently to sites; lead safety initiatives.
• Develop proposals and value solutions for customers.
• Coach and develop site leaders with L&D.
