Job summary

Atlas Copco Group in Minneapolis, MN seeks an experienced Service Manager to drive the service business across the region. You will lead a team of Service Technicians, develop customer care initiatives, and ensure adherence to safety and service standards.

Responsibilities include planning daily workloads, coordinating with technical support and sales, hiring and training staff, and delivering reports on WIP. A strong background in field service, leadership, and SAP/Microsoft Office is required.

Qualifications

• Must be self-directed with excellent organizational, supervisory, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of safety practices and OSHA regulatory compliance is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel) and SAP applications; some travel required; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Develop the service business in the assigned region and meet/exceed goals.
• Oversee daily operations of a team of Service Technicians; provide leadership, development, and support.
• Visit customers to advise on service standards and sell service plans/products; coordinate with service coordinators on scheduling.
