• Willingness to travel regionally to support Michigan market

Responsibilities

• Own designated accounts and regional growth strategies
• Lead and develop managers and frontline teams
• Ensure service quality, KPI attainment, and client satisfaction
• Manage budgeting, labor, and cost variances
