Altec Service Group is seeking an Area Manager to lead service centers and mobile service across Missouri and Kansas. The preferred home base is the St. Joseph / Kansas City area, and you will live in the territory with 50–75% travel required.

You will direct staffing, training, and service processes, ensuring operational excellence and strong customer growth. A Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of leadership experience are required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of leadership experience.
• Experience in service management or field operations preferred.
• Ability to travel 50–75% within Missouri and Kansas.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and training of service technicians.
• Ensure efficient service processes and adherence to policies and safety regulations.
• Review service reports to monitor performance and customer satisfaction.
• Resolve customer needs and coordinate with other teams as needed.
• Manage facilities, vendors, and all financial aspects of the territory.
