Job summary

Thermo King is seeking an Area Operations Manager to lead Parts and Service across multiple sites in the St. Louis/Kansas City area. You will manage financials, drive service excellence, and coach site leaders for a high-performing culture.

You will oversee cross-site operations, implement improvements, and partner with functional leaders to align site execution with strategic priorities. Travel 25–50% and a company vehicle are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; combination of relevant work experience and leadership experience may be considered.
• Progressive leadership experience in multi-site operations, service, parts, aftermarket, or B2B environments.
• Experience leading leaders and developing teams across multiple locations.
• Proven track record driving profitable growth, operational improvement and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead Parts and Service business across multiple sites in the Area with full financial accountability.
• Provide coaching and development to Area managers and leaders to build a high-performing culture.
• Drive growth by improving service execution, parts performance, and customer relationships.
• Own Area-level planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.
• Champion safety, compliance, and continuous improvement across locations.
