Job summary

Snake River Pool & Spa seeks a West Region Service Manager to lead our field service team and oversee day-to-day operations across multiple locations. You will work with the centralized operations team providing scheduling, billing, warranty registration, and admin support.

You will coach technicians, drive customer-focused culture, improve processes, monitor performance metrics, and collaborate with Central Operations to optimize scheduling and service execution.

Qualifications

• Previous management or leadership experience.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience leading teams and holding employees accountable.
• Customer service and conflict-resolution experience.
• Strong computer and technology skills.
• Ability to understand and use reports, metrics, and performance data to make decisions.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between company locations.
• Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, develop, and hold service technicians and field personnel accountable to performance expectations.
• Create a positive, solutions-oriented team culture focused on customer service, quality, and follow-through.
• Oversee day-to-day field service operations and identify opportunities to improve processes, communication, and efficiency.
• Resolve escalated customer concerns and help ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Monitor service performance, technician productivity, labor efficiency, work-order completion, and other key operational metrics.
• Use performance data and financial information to identify opportunities to improve productivity, control costs, and strengthen department profitability.
• Partner with Central Operations to improve scheduling, workflow, communication, and service execution.
• Support technicians with challenging repairs and field situations when needed.
• Recruit, onboard, train, coach, and develop service team members.
• Maintain high standards for workmanship, safety, professionalism, and customer care.
