Job summary

Snake River Pool & Spa in Boise, ID seeks a West Region Service Manager to lead our field service team and oversee operations across multiple locations. You will collaborate with Central Operations for scheduling, billing, and warranty tasks, driving customer-focused service and measurable improvements.

You will coach technicians, optimize processes, and ensure safety and quality while maintaining profitability. Travel between locations is required.

Qualifications

• Previous management or leadership experience.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience leading teams and holding employees accountable.
• Customer service and conflict-resolution experience.
• Strong computer and technology skills.
• Ability to use reports and performance data for decisions.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between locations.
• Ability to complete a pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, develop, and hold service technicians and field personnel accountable to performance expectations.
• Create a positive, solutions-oriented team culture focused on customer service, quality, and follow-through.
• Oversee day-to-day field service operations and identify opportunities to improve processes, communication, and efficiency.
• Resolve escalated customer concerns and help ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Monitor service performance, technician productivity, labor efficiency, and work-order completion.
• Use performance data and financial information to identify productivity improvements and cost control.
• Partner with Central Operations to improve scheduling, workflow, communication, and service execution.
• Recruit, onboard, train, coach, and develop service team members.
• Maintain high standards for workmanship, safety, professionalism, and customer care.
