Mobile Air & Power Rentals seeks a Service Manager to lead branch operations and supervise a team of 1-12 technicians, ensuring timely service for HVAC orders and strong collaboration with sales. The role emphasizes effective communication, safety, and meeting client needs.

You will oversee equipment installation, maintenance, and logistics, train staff, and drive improvements in customer satisfaction and operational efficiency across our nationwide rental fleet.

Competenze

• 2–5 years of experience in the HVAC rental industry, preferably in management.
• 1–3 years of supervisory experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with MRP or rental software.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; detail-oriented and customer-service oriented.

Mansioni

• Ensure timely and high-quality service for customer orders.
• Oversee equipment installation, including gas connections and ductwork.
• Adhere to safety protocols and use appropriate safety gear.
• Conduct equipment start-ups, repairs, and maintenance of HVAC systems.
• Manage logistics for equipment pick-up, reconditioning, and storage.
• Lead the service team, provide coaching, and conduct performance evaluations.
• Implement and monitor service processes to improve customer experiences.
• Ensure safety practices and inventory management align with company standards.
• Train Technicians on maintenance and installation of equipment.
• Collect and respond to customer feedback to achieve operational goals.
