Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in a similar role.
• University diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
• Spanish speaking preferred.
• Sales experience with proven record of closing orders.
• Project management experience.
• Experience and technical understanding of Hydro turbines, generators and balance of plant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Develop winning HyService proposals (CAPEX, OPEX, SPARES, and DIGITAL).
• Lead growth strategy for the service region and drive opportunities.
• Conduct frequent customer visits to generate growth and identify leads.
• Strengthen customer relationships and develop new customers.
• Drive sales and marketing of new services and products.
• Lead and develop the regional service hub team; manage opportunities in SalesForce.
