Sentry Management, Inc. is seeking a Dedicated Services Coordinator for our Customer Experience Team in Longwood, FL.

The role focuses on internal customer service, cross-functional collaboration with regional and local leaders, and providing strategic operational support to drive customer satisfaction. The position emphasizes problem resolution, process improvement, and acting as a single point of contact for the region.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED; prior experience in customer relationships or account management preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication and active listening.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with regional and local leaders and support teams.

Mansioni

• Attend to internal customer service issues and ensure effective and long-term problem resolution.
• Perform assignments associated with department projects as directed by leadership.
• Support divisions retention efforts by completing tasks and coordinating resolution.
• First level support for division issues, coordinate participation of required staff to resolve disputes.
• Utilize knowledge of customer service basics and problem resolution skills.
• Assist in identifying ways to improve efficiency to streamline processes and enhance the customers' experience.
• Single point of contact for the region, triages issues, researches and provides status updates.
