Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Senior Recruiter to manage regional recruiting initiatives and partner with leadership to develop a compliant, effective recruitment strategy. You will build candidate pipelines via direct sourcing, referrals, networking and events, interview candidates, and manage postings in the ATS to align with affirmative action and diversity initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in hiring, staffing and recruiting
• Ability to travel if necessary, including overnight stays (approximately 5-10%)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet
