Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Senior Recruiter to drive regional recruiting initiatives and partner with leadership to develop an effective, compliant strategy. The role builds pipelines via direct sourcing, referrals, networking and events, while managing interviews, postings, and ATS data to align with AA plans and diversity goals.

The Senior Recruiter also guides HR managers across locations, oversees requisitions, reports metrics, and leads recruiting projects.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hiring, staffing and recruiting experience.
• Ability to travel if necessary, including overnight stays (approx. 5-10%).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and manage a regional recruiting strategy with leadership alignment.

• Conduct interviews and manage postings and candidates in the ATS.

Cintas is seeking a Senior Recruiter to manage regional recruiting initiatives. The Senior Recruiter will develop, implement, and manage a recruitment strategy by partnering with leadership to ensure effectiveness, consistency and compliance; build candidate pipeline through direct sourcing, employee referrals, networking and recruiting events; conducting interviews and managing job postings and candidates in the automated staffing system to align with Affirative Action Plans and diversity initiatives. The Senior Recruiter provides guidance to HR managers at other locations to ensure compliance with hiring process.

Manage open job requisitions, update and manage ATS, achieve recruiting metrics and report key accomplishments. Will also compile and communicate the knowledge base, industry overviews, and market trends to team members and business leaders.

Leads projects for the recruiting teams.

Mentor less experienced recruiters.
