Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Senior Recruiter to manage regional recruiting initiatives, develop and implement recruitment strategies, and build candidate pipelines through sourcing, referrals, networking and events. You will conduct interviews and manage postings and candidates in the ATS to align with affirmative Action Plans and diversity initiatives.

Additionally, you will lead projects for recruiting teams, mentor less experienced recruiters, and guide HR managers at other locations to ensure hiring

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in hiring, staffing and recruiting.
• Ability to travel (5–10%), including overnight stays.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet.

Responsibilities

• Manage regional recruiting initiatives and recruitment strategy with leadership.
• Build candidate pipelines through direct sourcing, referrals, networking and events.
• Conduct interviews and manage job postings and candidates in the ATS.
• Achieve recruiting metrics and report key accomplishments.
• Lead projects for the recruiting teams and mentor less experienced recruiters.
