Job summary

Cintas Corporation seeks a Senior Recruiter to lead regional recruiting initiatives, partnering with leadership to craft and implement a compliant recruitment strategy. You will build candidate pipelines through sourcing, referrals, networking and events, and manage postings and candidates in the ATS to align with diversity initiatives.

You will mentor less experienced recruiters, lead recruiting projects, and share knowledge on market trends with HR leaders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in hiring, staffing and recruiting.
• Ability to travel, including overnight stays (5–10%).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet.

Responsibilities

• Manage regional recruiting initiatives and recruitment strategy development.
• Coordinate with leadership to ensure effectiveness, consistency, and compliance.
