Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Senior Recruiter to drive regional recruiting initiatives and partner with leadership to develop an effective, compliant strategy. The role builds pipelines via direct sourcing, referrals, networking and events, while managing interviews, postings, and ATS data to align with AA plans and diversity goals.

The Senior Recruiter also guides HR managers across locations, oversees requisitions, reports metrics, and leads recruiting projects.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hiring, staffing and recruiting experience.
• Ability to travel if necessary, including overnight stays (approx. 5-10%).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and manage a regional recruiting strategy with leadership alignment.
• Build candidate pipelines through direct sourcing, referrals, networking and events.
• Conduct interviews and manage postings and candidates in the ATS.
• Ensure hiring processes align with EEO/AA and diversity initiatives.
• Provide guidance to HR managers at other locations to ensure compliance.
• Manage open requisitions, update the ATS and report recruiting metrics.
• Lead recruiting projects and mentor less experienced recruiters.
