Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Senior Field Reimbursement Manager for the Southeast US region, covering parts of NC, SC, GA, FL, AL, and MS. You will lead a high-performing FRM team, translate national access priorities into regional plans, and collaborate with Sales, Market Access, and HUB to enhance patient access to therapies.

The role requires extensive knowledge of dual-benefit reimbursement, payer dynamics, and field execution, with significant travel across the region.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of field reimbursement and account management.
• Strong understanding of payer dynamics (commercial, Medicare, Medicaid).
• Experience leading field reimbursement teams and coaching leaders.
• Ability to interpret payer policy and translate into field actions.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, develop, and retain a high-performing FRM team with clear expectations.
• Establish performance KPIs and monitor field execution and customer engagement.
• Develop regional strategies translating national access priorities into plans.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Market Access, HUB, and Operations.
• Ensure compliance with reimbursement rules of engagement and privacy requirements.
• Drive regional planning, expense management, and CRM usage for effectiveness.
