Amgen seeks a Senior Field Reimbursement Manager for the Southeast US region to lead a team of Field Reimbursement Managers. You will translate national access priorities into actionable regional plans, oversee field execution, and coach the team to deliver compliant, high-quality access experiences for patients and customers.

The role requires strong leadership, deep reimbursement expertise across Specialty Pharmacy and Buy & Bill, and the ability to navigate complex payer dynamics.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Master’s in a relevant field with at least 2–4 years in field reimbursement or access
• Strong leadership, coaching, and talent development experience
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage performance metrics
• Experience with Specialty Pharmacy and Buy & Bill reimbursement channels

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a regional team of Field Reimbursement Managers
• Develop and execute regional access strategies aligned with national priorities
• Monitor field KPIs and ensure compliant, high-quality customer interactions
• Collaborate with Sales, Market Access, and other partners to address access barriers
• Drive regional planning, resource prioritization, and expense management
