Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Supplier Manager II (IC), Semiconductor to lead regional supplier relationships and drive revenue growth within the semiconductor portfolio. This hybrid role requires 5+ years of leadership experience, strong communication, and proven ability to negotiate with C-level partners.

Based in the Denver area with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote, you will align regional programs with global supplier strategies, monitor performance, and accelerate go-to-market

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business or engineering field.
• Minimum 5+ years of progressive business leadership experience.
• Experience with semiconductor product portfolio.
• Proven track record in supplier marketing and driving revenue growth.
• Strong communication and negotiations; ability to present to C-levels.

Responsibilities

• Build regional relationships with key supplier decision makers to grow sales and market share.
• Execute regional business and sales plan; monitor performance.
• Forecast regional performance and coordinate with Global Supplier Management.
• Align regional investments with strategic go-to-market initiatives.
• Manage branch and territory performance reviews with suppliers.
• Lead go-to-market programs for target technologies and segments.
• Resolve supplier and Arrow escalations; travel 30-50%.
