Vishay is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive sales across its broad portfolio of discrete semiconductors and passive components within a defined region. You will develop new business, expand key accounts, and coordinate with product and engineering teams to meet customer needs.

The role requires 5–10+ years in B2B sales in electronics, strong consultative selling, and the ability to travel ~25% with distributors and manufacturers' representatives.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Sales, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5–10+ years of B2B sales or business development experience in semiconductors or electronics.
• Strong knowledge of electronic components and their applications.
• Proven experience selling a broad portfolio to customers.
• Experience as Regional/Area Sales Manager or similar technical sales role.
