Job summary

DH Pace Company Inc. is seeking a District Sales Manager in Olathe, Kansas for our Commercial Integrated Security Systems division. You will lead a sales team and drive revenue through Access Control, video Surveillance, Intrusion Detection, Parking Control, and related services.

You will develop scopes of work, prepare proposals, and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close while maintaining CRM records and meeting profitability targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 3+ years B2B sales management and 3+ years outside B2B sales in commercial sector.
• Will travel; valid driver's license required.
• Ability to read blueprints and generate proposals/ submittals.

Responsibilities

• Meet personal and team sales objectives and goals.
• Develop scope of work for proposals and manage from initial contact to closing.
• Travel to call on commercial and industrial clients and support reps on site.
• Maintain CRM daily and provide timely estimates and proposals.
• Ensure gross profit targets are met.
