Job summary

DH Pace Company, Inc. is expanding its Security Systems Integration team in Coppell, TX, seeking Outside Commercial Sales Representatives who can cultivate new client opportunities and strengthen existing relationships.

You will sell services and installation solutions including access control, video surveillance, intrusion, parking control, and related programs. Preferred candidates hold a Bachelor's degree and a valid driver’s license, with a passion for sales and security technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Knowledge of security systems and trends is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Become a trusted advisor by cultivating relationships and developing security solutions.
• Hunt new business by qualifying leads and converting accounts.
• Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing with a strategic plan.
• Translate client needs into effective estimates and proposals.
