Job summary

DH Pace Company, Inc. is hiring a District Sales Manager for the Commercial Integrated Security Systems division in Olathe, KS.

You will lead a sales team calling on commercial and industrial clients, promoting access control, video surveillance, intrusion, and related services. The role requires travel, developing new accounts, and managing the full sales cycle from initial contact to close, with a focus on meetings and gross profit targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 3+ years B2B sales management experience preferred.
• Outside B2B sales experience with technical/product knowledge in commercial sector considered.
• Willingness to travel and develop new accounts; proficient with proposal process and blueprints is desired.
• Must have valid driver’s license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Meet personal and team sales objectives; drive revenue growth.
• Lead, coach, and develop sales reps to reach targets.
• Develop scope of work and manage proposals from first call to close.
• Maintain CRM daily and ensure accurate estimates and proposals.
