DH Pace Company, Inc., is building the region’s best Security Systems Integration team, and we are seeking skilled and experienced Outside Commercial Sales Representatives in Coppell, Texas to excel in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be self-directed and experienced in cultivating both new customer opportunities and strengthening existing commercial relationships by selling services and installation solutions that include these technologies: Access Control, Video Surveillance, Intrusion Detection, Parking Control & Revenue, Alarm Monitoring Services as well as Service Programs and other solutions.

Job Requirements & Essential Duties

• Become a trusted advisor:Cultivate strong relationships with clients,understand their needs,and develop strategic security solutions that win them over.
• Hunt new business:Identify and qualify leads,generate fresh opportunities,and convert competitor accounts into loyal DH Pace customers.
• Master the sales cycle:From prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closing,you'll orchestrate a winning sales plan,showcasing your expertise in every step.
• Design solutions that impress:Translate client needs into effective estimates, and proposals,ensuring smooth project execution and exceeding expectations.
• Collaborate and communicate like a pro:Seamlessly work with internal teams, vendors, subcontractors, and clients,fostering strong relationships through clear and concise communication.
• Bachelor's degree (any field) is highly preferred, but not a requirement.
• All applicants must possess a valid driver's license.
