Job summary

DH Pace Company, Inc. in Olathe, KS is seeking an experienced Systems Integration Technician to oversee installation and integration of commercial electronic security systems from start to finish. You will work with customers, vendors, and service providers to troubleshoot issues and discuss field trends.

Standard hours are Monday–Friday with possible overtime and on-call rotations; travel to job sites is required to complete projects and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience as a systems integration technician; high programming knowledge preferred.
• Must possess valid driver’s license
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Electro/mechanical aptitude
• Understanding of relay logic
• Basic networking skills

Responsibilities

• Install and commission access control, CCTV, intrusion, intercom, emergency phone, and parking systems.
• Coordinate on-site with customers, vendors and contractors to ensure successful installations.
• Drive to job sites and perform repairs to the customer’s satisfaction.
• Identify and pursue service, sales, and maintenance contracts.
• Maintain a safe work environment and leave the site clean.
• Complete job tickets and timesheets for payroll processing.
• Manage CODs and communicate changes to management as needed.
• Maintain truck inventory and knowledge of parts.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Manager.
