Job summary

Rapid Response Monitoring seeks an experienced sales professional to expand our multistate customer base. You will promote our security products and services, conduct demonstrations, and develop new business in an assigned region with a focus on outstanding client service.

The role involves coordinating with the Director of Sales and other departments to resolve issues, maintain relationships, and drive regional growth. A strong background in security or telecom sales is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proficient knowledge of Triangulum AI™, IRIS, video platforms, Answering Service, GPS portals, Data Entry Workflow, and dealer interfaces.
• In depth knowledge of Microsoft computer systems and office software.
• Must be able to fluently communicate in English with good grammar and spelling.
• Marketing or Communications background/education a plus.
• Filing experience and confidentiality practices are essential.

Responsibilities

• Make sales calls within a multistate territory to develop new business and ensure high quality customer service to current clients.
• Explain to clients and leads the full range of company services and products available.
• Develop new business in assigned region and respond to client needs accordingly.
• Conduct demonstrations and presentations to existing and prospective customers/dealers.
• Organize customer/dealer events, trainings, tours, and trade shows as needed.
• Prepare quotes, budgets, reports, and maintain client interactions records.
• Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to maintain efficient office procedures and routines.
• Serve as liaison between departments regarding customer/dealer issues and needs.
• Provide recommendations for sales guides, brochures, and data sheets.
• Stay informed of market conditions, product innovations, and competitors.
• Maintain up-to-date inventory of marketing and demonstration materials.
• Maintain business expense records and weekly reimbursements.
