Job summary

Trace3 in the Central Region seeks a Senior Solutions Architect, Security to lead pre-sales efforts, define cybersecurity roadmaps, and shape client outcomes with executive-level communication.

You will design resilient security solutions across endpoints, cloud, IAM, and data, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and guide opportunities from discovery through delivery, ensuring client success and measurable ROI.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of cybersecurity experience with 3–5 years in pre-sales or advisory roles.
• Ability to evaluate and architect enterprise security across on-prem and cloud environments.
• Strong executive communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted cybersecurity advisor guiding strategy and architecture.
• Lead client discovery to translate needs into solutions and success criteria.
• Evaluate architectures for feasibility, risk, and alignment with goals.
• Design and recommend cybersecurity solutions across endpoints, email, DLP, IAM, and cloud security.
• Develop executive-ready proposals, SOWs, and technical docs communicating Trace3’s value.
• Produce LOE estimates and pricing inputs; enable smooth handoffs to delivery.
• Collaborate with Cloud, Infrastructure, and Data teams to design converged solutions.
• Partner with Security Solutions practice to refine GTM strategy for the Central region.
• Drive pipeline creation and growth through proactive client engagement.
• Build long-term client relationships and referenceability.
• Lead workshops, demos, POVs and thought leadership to educate clients.
• Mentor regional architects and account teams to elevate capabilities.
