Job summary

Trace3 is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect, Security Operations, to provide architectural leadership across vulnerability and exposure management. You will lead complex client engagements, translate requirements into reference architectures, and enable regional teams to deliver security operations solutions at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/security/engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity and hands-on design work.
• Hands-on experience with vulnerability and exposure management concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex client engagements as the senior architect for vulnerability management modernization, CTEM program development, exposure management architecture, and risk-based remediation strategies.
• Assess client vulnerability and exposure management capabilities, technologies, processes, and operational maturity with actionable recommendations.
• Design target-state vulnerability and exposure management architectures integrating vulnerability scanning, EASM/CAASM, cloud and container security, identity exposure, and attack path analysis.
• Develop and operationalize CTEM programs with continuous exposure discovery, prioritization, validation, and remediation.
• Define risk-based vulnerability prioritization methodologies using CVSS, EPSS, threats, asset criticality, and business context.
• Architect operating models for vulnerability management including SLAs, governance, and executive reporting.
• Design automation/workflows to improve vulnerability management efficiency and remediation workflows.
• Incorporate AI-assisted capabilities and governance for prioritized findings and reporting.
• Involve threat-informed validation techniques to quantify exposure severity and guide remediation.
• Collaborate with SOC/SIEM architects to tie exposure intelligence to detection and response.
• Develop reusable reference architectures, methodologies, and playbooks for vulnerability/exposure management.
• Collaborate with Security Solutions teams and regional delivery to scope and transition engagements.
• Serve as senior technical counterpart to partners for joint solution development and enablement.
• Support account teams with technical discovery, solution architecture, proposals, and validation.
• Provide technical enablement and knowledge sharing for regional architects and sellers.
• Maintain broad knowledge of adjacent Security Operations domains to support architecture design.
• Represent Trace3 in customer briefings, partner engagements, and industry events.
