Job summary

Sitemetric LLC is seeking a Regional Security Leader – Northeast Region to oversee a portfolio of client sites across the Northeast and Midwest. This role combines operations leadership with security expertise, owning staffing, service delivery, compliance, and growth in the region.

You will guide site leadership, ensure licensing compliance, manage budgets, and pursue new security business. Remote-based in Ohio with substantial travel (50–75%), you’ll partner with Sales, Safety, and Technology

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years in security management; 2+ years in regional leadership.
• Knowledge of Ohio security regulations and licensing.
• Ability to travel 50–75% within the region.
• Proven ability to grow revenue through client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 5–12 client sites across Northeast/Midwest regions.
• Lead start-ups and onboarding for new client sites.
• Develop and coach Site Security Coordinators and Officers.
• Own regional staffing, scheduling, and resources.
• Ensure licensing compliance and regulatory adherence.
• Drive regional revenue growth and upsell opportunities.
• Collaborate with Safety, Operations, Tech and other teams.
• Manage budget and KPI targets for audits, safety, and revenue.
• Provide training and professional development for staff.
• Respond to incidents and urgent site needs.
