Salary Range: $80,000.00 To $95,000.00 Annually

Location:Ohio (remote-based; travel required within the Northeast and Midwest regions)

Pay Rate:$80,000 – $95,000 annual base salary, plus eligibility for performance-based incentives tied to regional revenue and business development targets

Overview

Sitemetric is seeking a resourceful, business-minded security and operations leader to guide our presence across the Northeast Region. The Regional Security Leader (RSL) combines hands-on regional operational leadership with deep security subject-matter authority, giving one leader end-to-end ownership of a portfolio of client sites — their staffing, service delivery, compliance, and growth. This role carries direct oversight of 5–12 client projects, with an expanded security compliance and quality responsibility spanning both the Northeast region and our Midwest region.

Reporting to the Regional Director of Site Operations, this position ensures consistent, high-quality delivery of Sitemetric's security and site operations services while driving compliance, operational readiness, team development, and regional revenue growth. The ideal candidate is an adaptable, hands-on leader who can run a multi-site portfolio like a business, build trust with clients at every level, resolve challenges quickly, and identify new opportunities for Sitemetric to grow within the region.

About Sitemetric

At Sitemetric, we turn technology into services that transform how the world is built.

This enables our customers to lead the change in critical areas of construction operations: workforce, safety, security, reporting, communications, logistics, and more.

We work closely with owners, general contractors, subcontractors, and construction workers to customize offerings to their needs, including digital onboarding, smart badging, real-time location systems, messaging and mass texting, integrated turnstiles, real-time reporting, emergency mustering, and more.

We currently serve as trusted partner to a growing number of the US's largest, most forward-looking owners and contractors, working with them to ensure what we offer meets their evolving needs, with thousands of companies and workers already on the Sitemetric platform. Together, we are leading the change in how the world is built.

About the Role

As the Regional Security Leader – Northeast Region, you will own a portfolio of roughly 5–12 client projects (up to approximately 250 Access Control Officers and site security personnel) across Ohio and neighboring states within the Northeast and Midwest regions, within an approximate 220–330 mile operating radius. You are accountable for both the operational success of every site in your portfolio and its full compliance with Sitemetric's policies, state licensing requirements, and client contractual obligations.

Your leadership will be vital in developing site and field leaders, maintaining operational excellence, evaluating performance, managing regional profitability, and coordinating closely with clients and other departments — including Safety, Operations, and Technology — to deliver integrated, technology-driven site security. You will also be expected to actively grow the region: identifying upsell and expansion opportunities and representing Sitemetric's security capabilities in new client engagements.

This role is remote-based in Ohio and includes regular travel to projects and client facilities (approximately 50–75% of the time).

Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
  • Oversee day-to-day operations across a portfolio of approximately 5–12 client project sites within the Northeast and Midwest regions, encompassing up to ~250 Access Control Officers and other site security personnel.
  • Lead project start-ups and stabilizations for new client sites, ensuring smooth mobilization and onboarding of security services and staff.
  • Coach, develop, and manage the performance of Site Security Coordinators, Site Logistics Leaders, Shift Leaders, and Access Control Officers.
  • Own regional staffing plans, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet client and operational needs.
Security Management
  • Serve as Sitemetric's Qualified Manager/Agent/Principal for private security licensing, and maintain compliance with all state-mandated licensing responsibilities and requirements.
  • Act as the region's subject-matter expert on private security operations, risk management, and state licensing/compliance requirements, supporting fellow Regional Leaders.
  • Conduct regular site audits, security drills, and risk assessments; lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions when required.
  • Track incident trends, reporting metrics, and performance indicators to identify improvements; ensure adherence to Sitemetric's policies, procedures, and SOPs.
  • Develop site-specific post orders, Standard Operating Procedures, communications plans, risk mitigation plans, vulnerability assessments, and overall security procedures.
  • Serve as the key liaison between field operations and the corporate Security & Safety team, promoting communication and operational consistency between field sites and corporate.
Cross-Functional Integration
  • Partner with fellow Regional Leaders and with Safety, Operations, and Technology teams to ensure integrated, technology-driven site security and consistent standards across regions.
  • Support company-wide security and safety initiatives, process rollouts, and standardization efforts.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and support for safety and access control protocols.
Customer & Business Development
  • Serve as the primary regional point of contact for clients on security matters, resolving issues quickly and ensuring service satisfaction.
  • Work closely with our sales teams and customers as they develop their Site Specific Security Plans, providing security assessment and guidance at client kick-off meetings and advising on Sitemetric's products and services that support their plan.
  • Own regional revenue growth targets tied to security services; proactively identify and pursue new security business, contract expansion, and security upsell opportunities — targeting at least one new security business win or expansion opportunity per quarter.
  • Build and maintain trusted, executive-level relationships with client stakeholders across the region.
Leadership & Development
  • Design and deliver job-specific training for employees performing security services; integrate security training into new employee onboarding.
  • Support onboarding, training, and professional development initiatives for site security staff.
  • Manage the regional budget and billable utilization, meeting KPI scorecard targets spanning audit performance, customer satisfaction (90%+), safety, and revenue growth.
  • Respond to incidents, emergencies, and high-priority client issues as required.
  • Uphold Sitemetric's customer service and professionalism standards at all times.
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in security management, law enforcement, or private security operations; construction or industrial experience strongly preferred.
