• Experience managing KPIs, staffing, overtime, compliance, and SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution across a multi-site portfolio to meet expectations.
• Drive KPI performance, staffing, overtime, payroll, and training.
• Identify trends, root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain client relationships; present performance and findings.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HR, Finance, and other functions.
• Ensure adherence to standards and readiness for new site launches.
