Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, information technology, or related technical field or equivalent experience.
• Seven+ years of progressive experience in design, installation, or service of electronic security systems.
• Three+ years of leadership or supervisory experience managing technical teams or projects.
• Strong knowledge of access control, IP video surveillance, intrusion detection, and networked security platforms.
• Working knowledge of low-voltage installation practices and applicable industry codes and standards.

Responsibilities

• Direct the regional technical team responsible for the design, installation, integration, and service of security systems.
• Establish and enforce engineering standards, installation practices, and quality benchmarks.
• Review designs, submittals, and as-built docs for technical accuracy and scalability.
• Partner with sales and project management to scope solutions and validate estimates.
• Escalate complex integration, commissioning, and troubleshooting challenges regionally.
