Job summary

Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking an Area Security Manager to drive regional physical security programs across multiple data centers.

You will work closely with the Regional Security Manager, align site resources, and ensure protection of personnel and facilities while standardizing processes region-wide. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage performance gaps, and coordinate audits, investigations, and training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years in security industry.
• 5 years of management experience.
• Willingness to travel ~75%.
• Ability to work nights/weekends when needed.
• English proficiency required.
