Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in security management, business administration, criminal justice, or related field preferred.
• Fifteen years in security operations management; at least ten years overseeing armed guard service or similar security operations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and large teams across locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day security operations for sites within the assigned region.
• Ensure armed guards are deployed, trained, and scheduled to meet client requirements.
• Conduct routine site visits to evaluate guard performance and address challenges.
• Serve as clients' primary point of contact and address concerns promptly.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and training of armed guards in compliance with policies and regulations.
