Qualifications

• 15+ years in security operations management with 10+ years overseeing armed guard service or security ops.
• Proven track record managing multiple accounts and large teams across locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day security operations for sites in the region.
• Ensure armed guards are deployed, trained, and scheduled to meet client requirements.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, coaching, and evaluations of armed guards.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws, licensing and firearms regulations.
• Develop and manage budgets, monitor billing/payroll, and support client renewals and growth.
