Workvivo (now part of Zoom) is seeking a Sales Development Representative Manager for the AMER and LATAM region. You will own the performance and development of a regional SDR team, overseeing outbound and inbound motions, with a hybrid schedule in Boston, MA (3 days on-site).

Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to deliver high-quality pipeline, coach through reviews and role-plays, and translate global strategy into regional execution. Remote work is not available; on-site presence is required.

• 2+ years leading SDR/BDR teams in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Experience guiding outbound and inbound SDR motions to improve conversion.
• Coaching-first leadership with call reviews, role-plays, and ongoing development.
• Strong data-driven approach to pipeline metrics and performance.

• Deliver regional meeting, SQO, and pipeline targets for AMER and LATAM SDRs.
• Translate global SDR strategy into effective regional execution.
• Foster a daily coaching culture with reviews, role-plays, and feedback.
• Develop and retain SDR talent through development plans and performance support.
• Drive outbound and inbound execution across prospecting, sequencing, qualification, follow-up, and handoffs.
