Job summary

Revolution Prep in Boston is seeking a School Relationship Manager to drive partnerships in the region. This field-based role thrives outside the office—visiting counselors, administrators, and families to deepen existing ties and identify new school targets.

You will own the new school outreach, manage pilot and growth accounts, coordinate with the CSM/ advising teams, and travel regularly within the territory.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in field sales, account management, education outreach, or a related client‑facing role.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the region.
• Experience with CRM platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular weekly in-person visits to assigned schools within the region.
• Build relationships with counselors, administrators, and school leadership to deepen partnerships.
• Document visit outcomes and notes in CRM for visibility to leadership.
• Own new school outreach, pilot and growth school lifecycle, and prospecting.
