Accenture is seeking a dynamic Sales Capture Senior Manager to lead its field sales organization across a defined geographic territory covering roughly half of the United States. You will manage a team of Account Executives and influence inside sales, marketing, and delivery functions to drive revenue growth in SAP professional services, managed services, and software.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of technology sales experience in services and/or software with average deal sizes of $500K+ TCV.
• 4+ years direct experience selling and/or delivering SAP-related solutions (S/4, BTP, Ariba, or SCM).
• 2+ years leading geographically distributed sales teams across 2+ regions with repeatable sales motions and forecasting discipline.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; candidates without a degree must show 12+ years of progressive B2B sales leadership with quota ownership.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach, and develop a field sales team focused on mid-market SAP opportunities.
• Own revenue growth across professional services, managed services, and SAP software.
• Forecast pipeline and revenue on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
• Collaborate with marketing on regional campaigns and demand generation initiatives.
• Partner with inside sales leadership to align prospecting motions and ensure pipeline targets.
