Job summary

Hughes Environmental is seeking a Regional Account Manager near Milwaukee to drive growth in Wisconsin, Northern Illinois, Iowa and Minnesota. You will hunt for new clients, close deals, and build lasting relationships in the industrial cleaning space.

This high-growth role offers base pay ranging from $75,000 to $80,000 per year plus uncapped commissions and a comprehensive benefits package. Experience selling services to manufacturing facilities is a strong plus.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of sales experience.
• Experience selling industrial/environmental cleaning services is a plus.
• Proven ability to close and hit targets.
• Strong communication skills.
• CRM experience (HubSpot preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Sell cleaning services to industrial facilities.
• Hunt for new business through outbound prospecting and networking.
• Drive revenue through new client growth, renewals and expansion.
• Build relationships with decision-makers in manufacturing facilities.
• Identify client needs and position Hughes services as solutions.
• Manage pipeline and activity in HubSpot.
• Present proposals and close deals with urgency.
• Collaborate with internal teams for execution.
• Grow long-term client relationships.
