You will play a critical role in day-to-day operations and pursue targets with a consultative approach, building relationships with customers and C-suite stakeholders. The role offers an uncapped commission, a four-week training program, and opportunities to advance within a growing national distributor of industrial supplies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field (Preferred)
• 3+ years of sales experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• 2+ years of managerial experience

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales team to achieve growth and targets.
• Provide solutions to boost revenue growth and profitability.
• Design and implement strategic business plans.
• Own recruiting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
• Develop positive relationships with customers and stakeholders.
