Job summary

W.W.Williams Company in Greer, SC is seeking a results-driven Regional Sales Representative to grow the customer base across a defined territory. This permanent, full-time role offers a base salary plus uncapped commission and a path to advance within a nationwide power solutions leader.

You will identify opportunities, build relationships with clients, coordinate with operations, and present quotations while leveraging the company's parts and service departments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of related sales experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
• Proficiency with Salesforce or CRM software preferred.
• Automotive industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and compile lists of prospective customers for sales leads.
• Call on current and potential customers to identify business opportunities.
• Develop and demonstrate solutions to resolve customer problems and win business.
• Prepare and present quotations for repairs or identified inspections; follow up and close sales.
• Provide training for new products or services to customers.
• Attend industry trade shows and conferences to solicit new business.
• Complete reporting via CRM to track contacts, calls, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Marketing to develop materials, strategies, and promotions.
• Maintain technical expertise to represent all OEM products and services.
• Promote a positive image of the company and its employees.
