Job summary

W.W. Williams is seeking a Regional Sales Representative to grow sales within a defined area in the United States. The role focuses on identifying customer needs and promoting parts and service offerings to solve business challenges.

The position combines field outreach with CRM-driven follow-up, quotations, and collaboration with operations and marketing. A background in automotive or truck industries helps, and earnings include base pay plus uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1–3 years of related sales experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills and relationship building.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software preferred.
• Automotive industry experience (service, parts, body shop, or truck) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospective customers and generate sales leads from trade shows, directories, ads, and research.
• Call on current and potential customers in the assigned area to uncover opportunities and grow the business.
• Develop and present quotations for repairs or services; follow up to close deals.
• Provide product training to customers when requested by the client.
• Represent and promote OEM products and services offered by W. W. Williams.
• Maintain CRM records of contacts, calls, and opportunities; report as required.
