Job summary

W.W. Williams is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to identify and develop new business in the West Sacramento area. You will promote OEM products and services, build relationships, and coordinate with operations to convert opportunities into active accounts.

Salary consists of base pay plus commission. This permanent, full-time role offers career growth and benefits, with opportunities to attend industry trade shows and collaborate with Marketing on promotions.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 years of related sales experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Proficient in Salesforce or CRM software preferred.
Automotive experience (service, parts, body shop, or truck industry).

Responsibilities

Identifies and compiles lists of prospective customers for sales leads from trade shows, directories, ads, and research.
Calls on customers in area of responsibility to identify opportunities and promote parts/services.
Collaborates with customer representatives and Williams personnel to develop solutions and win business.
Prepares and presents quotations; follows up with customers to close sales.
Provides training for new products or services to customers’ personnel when requested.
Attends industry trade shows and conferences to solicit new business.
Reports customer contacts, sales calls, and opportunities via CRM systems.
Works with Marketing to develop materials, strategies, and promotions.
Maintains technical knowledge to represent OEM products and services.
