Epic Turf Group is expanding into Nashville, seeking a Regional Sales Consultant with construction know-how and a passion for golf. You will walk job sites, measure spaces, discuss designs, and close projects from a few thousand dollars to large custom installations.

Ideal candidates combine hands-on construction insight with strong sales drive, outstanding communication, and ability to build lasting relationships with homeowners, builders, and commercial partners in the Greater Nashville area.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of construction, trades, remodeling, landscaping, home improvement, or similar experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout Greater Nashville and Middle Tennessee.

Responsibilities

• Meet with residential and commercial customers interested in golf simulator projects.
• Conduct on-site consultations and evaluate rooms and potential simulator spaces.
• Measure and document ceiling heights, room dimensions, electrical requirements, flooring, framing, finishes, access, and other construction considerations.
• Understand the customer’s goals, budget, space, and desired level of finish.
• Develop and present golf simulator solutions ranging from straightforward installations to fully custom simulator rooms.
• Sell simulator technology, screens, enclosures, turf, flooring, padding, lighting, TVs, audio, cabinetry, construction, and related products and services.
• Coordinate with Epic’s estimating, project management, purchasing, and installation teams.
• Maintain communication with customers from initial consultation through project handoff and completion.
• Build relationships with golf courses, teaching professionals, club fitters, builders, architects, interior designers, entertainment facilities, and other referral partners.
• Develop recurring service and maintenance customers throughout the Nashville market.
• Inspect existing synthetic turf installations and identify maintenance, repair, enhancement, and replacement opportunities.
• Sell services including turf cleaning, power brooming, infill maintenance, seam and edge repair, turf rejuvenation, repair work, and other ongoing maintenance services.
• Develop recurring maintenance relationships with residential, commercial, athletic, pet, playground, and golf customers.
• Build relationships with property managers, HOAs, contractors, facilities, schools, businesses, and other organizations with synthetic turf.
