Job summary

Lechler Inc. is seeking a candidate for a full-time Sales position in the St Charles area. The role focuses on learning the Lechler product line, tools, CRM, and customer accounts to drive growth with key customers.

Frequent travel (4–5 days per week) with a Regional Sales Manager and a phased training program during the first year are essential. Strong English and basic Spanish/German skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associates or bachelor's degree in Business or Economics is a plus.
• No direct sales experience required; willingness to learn and grow in a sales role.
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Train with Regional Sales Manager and travel with them to clients 4-5 days a week.
• Make cold calls and manage accounts to drive territory growth.
• Update CRM with activities, opportunities, and data regularly.
• Collaborate with sales management to review progress and forecasts.
