TCC Materials, a leading family-owned manufacturer of architectural and concrete specialty products, is seeking an energetic field sales representative in Eldridge, IA. The role focuses on providing customer support, growing existing business, and expanding specialty product lines including construction chemicals, concrete repair, restoration products, and floor prep solutions.

You will routinely visit jobsites, coordinate deliveries, renew orders, train customers, and develop new opportunities

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently.
• Ability to travel overnight as needed for business purposes.

Responsibilities

• Routinely call on prospective and existing customers to secure and renew orders.
• Coordinate deliveries and resolve customer issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Develop new business opportunities and strengthen distributor relationships.
• Visit jobsites to provide product support and troubleshoot challenges.
• Train customers and distributors on product lines and applications.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and DOT agencies to promote products.
