Job summary

TCC Materials is a family-owned manufacturer serving the architectural and concrete specialty markets. We are growing our sales footprint across the region and delivering product knowledge to distributors, hardware stores, and contractors while expanding specialty lines such as construction chemicals and restoration products.

This sales role focuses on coordinating distribution, growing existing business, and delivering on sales and contribution objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 2–4 years in sales or related industry preferred.
• Strong communication and networking skills; professional demeanor.
• Ability to travel overnight as needed.
• Proficient in MS Office; data analysis and reporting skills.
• Experience with distributors and contractors a plus.

Responsibilities

• Routinely call on customers to secure and renew orders and coordinate deliveries.
• Develop new business opportunities within core and emerging markets.
• Promote and sell products to distributors, hardware stores, and contractors.
• Visit jobsites to provide product support and troubleshooting.
• Build technical expertise and provide product training and support.
• Collaborate with leadership and production teams on launches and improvements.
• Work with engineers, DOT agencies, and other stakeholders to promote products.
• Attend trade shows and industry events to expand market presence.
• Maintain accurate customer records in NetSuite CRM.
• Support inside sales activities and pricing updates.
