Job summary

Master Builders Solutions is seeking a Territory Manager in Des Moines, IA to drive revenue within existing accounts by promoting new products, expanding product mix, and upselling. You will support customers with product initiation, technical sales, and testing while maintaining strong relationships and leadership in local industry groups.

The role requires an Associate or Technical School degree (BA/BS preferred) and about five years of industry experience, with sales aptitude and QA/QC

Qualifications

• Associate or Technical School degree required; BA/BS preferred.
• Five years of industry experience.
• Sales aptitude or experience required; concrete QA/QC experience preferred; electrical and mechanical aptitude; good computer and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Upsell products and optimize product mix to increase revenue for assigned accounts.
• Provide product and technical support to customers including mix design, troubleshooting, and field QA/QC.
• Support new product initiations, technical sales, and testing for new customers.
• Perform dispenser repair and maintenance.
• Maintain relationships with assigned accounts and lead local industry involvement.
• Assist in integrating newly acquired accounts.
• Provide competitor and market intelligence to relevant internal teams.
• Demonstrate ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Able to tow an 18ft open bed trailer with equipment and tanks securely loaded.
