Job summary

Core-Mark is seeking a Sales Service Representative to support strategic sales initiatives within the Fresno area. You will collaborate with the Sales Team, execute the Smart Stock program, and build strong customer relationships while ensuring compliance with company policies.

The role emphasizes merchandising, timely communication, and service excellence, with a Monday–Friday schedule and early start times to align with store hours.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED certificate.
• Must have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable vehicle, and insurance.
• Ability to drive to customer locations using personal transportation (mileage reimbursement).
• 1+ years of experience in customer service, merchandising or sales.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a detailed call routine with a ledger of customers.
• Support Smart Stock program: racks, plan-o-grams, ordering and merchandising.
• Identify and reduce out-of-stocks on shelves.
• Ensure products are fresh and within date code parameters.
• Address customer needs promptly and maintain strong relationships.
• Ensure plan‑o‑gram and marketing best practices in stores.
• Identify display opportunities and maximize placement.
• Ensure correct pricing and identification of products.
