Job summary

Core-Mark is seeking a Sales Service Representative to support and execute strategic sales initiatives across an assigned region in California. You will build strong customer relationships, help grow sales, and work with the Sales Team to drive business growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to drive to customer locations using personal transportation (mileage and gasoline reimbursement provided).
• Must have a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, reliable vehicle, and proper insurance.
• 1–2 years of working experience in customer service, merchandising and/or sales.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and key store contacts to understand their needs and drive sales growth.
• Execute a detailed call routine with a designated ledger of customers to maximize opportunities.
• Partner with the Sales Team to achieve established sales and revenue objectives.
• Identify opportunities to increase sales, distribute products, and maximize market share within assigned accounts.
• Utilize data and company tools to identify trends and develop action plans.
• Maintain the SmartStock program and merchandising activities to improve product availability and shelf presence.
